These Payment Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the rules for making payments for services provided by Photo-Mix.online (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By making a payment for services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Service Price

1.1. The Service's services are paid.

1.2. The price of each service is 19.99 PLN and is indicated on the homepage of the Service, in the order form, and on the specific document page.

All prices are given without VAT.

The VAT rate is determined in accordance with the laws of the user's country of residence and is added at the payment stage.

2. Payment System

2.1. Payment is made through the PayU system.

2.2. PayU provides a high level of transaction security and user data protection.

2.3. The user can choose a convenient payment method available in the PayU system (e.g. payment card, e-wallet, etc.).

2.4. The payment system may require an email address to confirm the transaction. This address is used exclusively by the PayU system and is not used by the Service.

3. Payment Confirmation

3.1. After a successful payment, the user receives confirmation at the provided email address (if it was submitted to the payment system).

3.2. The confirmation includes transaction details: amount, date, and unique order number.

4. Refunds

4.1. In accordance with applicable law of the Republic of Poland and the European Union, digital products without physical form (e.g. electronic photos) are non-refundable after the order has been fulfilled, unless otherwise stated in the Service Terms.

This is based on Article 38, point 13 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, which states the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of commencing the delivery of digital content before the withdrawal deadline — with the explicit consent of the consumer.

4.2. In case of significant defects in the final file that prevent its intended use (e.g. for official institutions), the client has the right to file a complaint.

4.3. A complaint must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of payment and file delivery via the contact form on the website Contact Form or by email to [email protected]

4.4. The complaint should include:

• a short description of the problem;
• the file received from the service;
• (if available) an official comment or letter from the institution refusing to accept the photo.

4.5. Complaints are processed within 3 business days from the moment of receipt. The response will be sent to the email provided in the submission.

4.6 If the complaint is accepted, a refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase payment.

5. Data Protection

5.1. All data provided by the user during payment is protected in accordance with current security standards.

5.2. The Service does not store payment card data or any other payment method information. Data processing is carried out exclusively by the PayU system.

6. Amendments to the Terms

6.1. The Service reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

6.2. The amended Terms become effective upon their publication on the website.
